[COS•ITER] ET•TER:DESIG The Temple of Divus Julius Caesar: tetrastyle temple; within, statue of Julius Caesar, veiled and holding lituus, standing facing; on architrave, DIVO•IVL; in pediment, star; to left, lighted and garlanded altar. Babelon (Julia) 139. Crawford 540/2. RBW 1829. Sydenham 1338. Nicely toned. Scratches, minor corrosion and with a banker's mark, otherwise, good fine.
